How do I pay for services?

AFG Speech Therapy accepts payment via cash, debit, or credit card.  Clients may also be able to pay for our services with a Health Savings Account or Flex Spending Account. We are currently private pay only, but in the process of being credentialed with some common local insurance providers. In the meantime, we can provide private pay clients with a Superbill upon request to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. Payment is due at time of service, and a receipt will be provided for all forms of payment.


What is a Superbill?


Though AFG Speech Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider, you may be able to be reimbursed for all or part of the cost of services by your insurance company. You are responsible for payment at the time of service, however a Superbill can be provided to you at your request. This is a document that includes important client and provider information and details of treatment provided. It can be given to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for some or all of the cost of services. Not all insurances reimburse clients for out-of-network services, so we encourage potential clients to check with your insurance company and plan prior to beginning services.
